LPI Solutions is a focused consulting firm led by three senior telecommunications and information technology professionals who have worked together for over 10 years as part of larger consulting firms. The principals have specialized consulting expertise and more than 50 years of combined experience. LPI Solutions brings the consulting and technical capabilities of a large consulting firm to their customers as a very professional, flexible and cost effective package.

LPI principal consultants have extensive experience with large projects in large Enterprises or Telecommunications Service Provider organizations. Each of the principals brings expert knowledge in their respective subject matter areas as well as very broad knowledge of technologies, business processes, and consultative practice. LPI Solutions has capabilities extending from network infrastructure to operations management and from systems and applications infrastructure to security management.

Lee Oattes has mastered a broad segment of telecommunications network infrastructure and transport systems. Lee's knowledge and experience include Voice & Data Integration, ATM and, particularly, IP systems and the entire suite of TCP/IP protocols. Lee has helped build some of the largest Carrier class networks in Canada.

Peter Farr is a seasoned specialist in developing highly-available and secure business platforms, and with introducing new technologies into critical legacy environments. Peter has designed, built and deployed systems and security solutions for some of the largest Service Providers and Enterprises in Canada and the United Sates.

Irene Katzela is a recognized authority in the subject area of Operations Management including Network and Performance Management. In addition, Irene has an extensive knowledge and experience in Broadband Technologies. Irene has provided creative and professional business consulting services to large Service Provider and Enterprise organizations both in Canada and the United States.

In addition to strong individual expertise and extensive experience in their own specializations, each partner’s broad experience includes skills in the other’s expert subjects. In this way the partnership is able to tackle the largest and most complex projects through collaborative work efforts. Each project will be lead by the most suitable partner, and will be augmented by the skills of the other Principals. This wide collective experience will be brought to each project to accelerate the discovery, design and implementation of customer solutions.
